The safety of our children is a major priority for Nea Matia Inc and SophiaDolls™. As a result we have adopted a strict product safety assurance program for all of our products. Any products we purchase from outside the United States comply with all applicable government and industry laws, codes and requirements, including the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission regulation on lead content. Every product shipment is tested before it leaves the country of origin for a variety of potential safety concerns including lead, small parts, sharp edges, flammability and other mechanical hazards. In addition, we have instituted a random sample testing program on all Nea Matia/SophiaDolls products as they arrive from overseas to verify product compliance.
